1). Operations Mastermind Recap: Tower Leadership's Operations Team will recap the key takeaways from last quarter's Operations Masterminds. As Eric always says, repetition and immersion are the keys to success
2). New Content Introduction: Operations within a business are very complex and during this session, a Tower Operations Team member will discuss one of the key elements involved in the operations of a business.
3). Takeaways and implementation: At the conclusion of this event, all guests will be required to commit to one thing they will implement from this event and send it to a Tower Operations Team member and the business owner.
